For the past 8 months, I've been rotating through 9 different eye creams. Nine is the teensiest bit excessive but I've been testing them all out to see which ones I like best. I'm in my 20s so my focus is wrinkle prevention and a little hydration along with keeping my undereyes looking fresh underneath makeup. So here it is. All the eye creams I've been trying. Different ones for different reasons.
ON-THE GO EYE CREAMS
Kate Somerville Goat Milk De-Puffing Eye Balm* ($48 CAD)
I put this on before a 10 hour flight. When I got to my destination, I could still feel the moisture underneath my eyes. It's supposed to be good for crows feet, fine lines, wrinkles and dryness, as it contains goats milk and Manuka honey and can even be used over makeup.
Life Brand Eye Roller* ($17 CAD)
I love the cooling feeling of a metal ball underneath my eyes. It contains caffeine and pro vitamin B5 which is meant to decrease puffiness and darkness. While I don't notice any differences in puffiness and darkness, it sure perks me up. The liquid texture sinks into the skin immediately, making it ideal for wearing underneath makeup.

GEL EYE CREAMS
Vichy Aqualia Thermal Awakening Eye Balm ($36 CAD)
The Vichy Aqualia Thermal Awakening Eye Balm was my very first eye cream purchase. It's now empty as I saved the very last half pump for this blog post. Claims include depuffing and rehydration of tired eyes with key ingredients being hyaluronic acid and caffeine. Sinks in fast and leaves undereyes feeling refreshed. I found this one great for the morning.

Mary Kay Indulge Soothing Eye Gel* ($22 CAD)
Like the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Awakening Eye Balm but thicker. It feels the same but takes a bit longer to sink in. I find this Mary Kay Eye Gel works best as a leave-on eye mask for the nighttime.

Philosophy Take a Deep Breath Oxygenating Eye Gel Cream (sample - $40 USD for full size)
This oil-free formulation is a gel-cream hybrid. It has the texture of a traditional cream but has the cooling feel of a gel. This one takes a while to sink in and feels the most moisturizing of the 3 gels in this post!
TRADITIONAL EYE CREAMS
NSPA Youthful Eye Cream* ($15.97 CAD)
The least expensive eye cream of the bunch, this guy feels the most like a lotion. If you don't like thick creams, this one is definitely for you. It's moisturizing but certainly not the most, especially compared to some of the others mentioned below.

Life Brand Eye Lifting Serum* ($26 CAD)
This one has a soft golden shimmery sheen to it, which offers a subtle hint of cosmetic brightening effect. It's meant to be hydrating and firming and I find that it's pretty solid on both counts.

Skinceuticals Eye Balm (sample - $82 USD for full size)
The priciest eye cream of the bunch, the Skinceuticals Eye Balm contains phytochemicals to target the three signs of aging - moisture loss, laxity and free radical damage. It's quite light considering it's for "mature skin". As such, I think it's the worst suited towards my needs. That being said, it sinks into the skin quickly and has impressive hydrating properties.

Schaf Nutritive Daily Eye Cream* ($40 CAD)
This is the thickest cream of the bunch and takes the longest to sink into the skin. It contains lots of great ingredients including hyaluronic acid, peptides and Coenzyme Q10. I find the Schaf Nutritive Daily Eye Cream particularly good for applying in the night and then waking up with almost plump-feeling undereyes.
