After monkeys and geometric patterns, my eyes were craving something softer and simpler on my nails. The classic French tip manicure is a bit too outdated and traditional for my tastes, so I mixed it up a bit.
I painted a 6/10 of my nails a solid colour with Sephora Formula X's Thrilling, a pastel grey-lilac, leaving the other four nails blank for some interest. Then, on the nails I left unpainted, I covered just the tips with polish. I used the length of the brush while carefully turning my finger to create crisp lines. Then, I sealed everything in with Seche Vite Top Coat.
There wasn't much too it. This only required one colour of polish and a little bit of precision. Maybe this was a little too mundane to call "nail art" but I think it's kind of cute!
