June came and went like it was nothing. Here's the stuff that I put on my nails during the month:
Wavy
Another one inspired by +MADELINE POOLE (aka @mpnails on instagram) that makes my nails feel like they're groovy... and oceanic.
Products Used: Ceramic Glaze Heavenly and French Riviera from the Botanical Oasis Collection, Ceramic Glaze Santorini Blue
Urban Bush Babes Nail Art
Inspired by the greens/golds in the Urban Bush Babes Sephora Formula X Color Curators Collection, I did a modern take on the french manicure.
Products Used: Urban Bush Babes Seeing Double and EverDream?
LINE FRIENDS Nail Art
After testing out the LINE FRIENDS X MediHeal Face Masks, I took it upon myself to recreate the LINE FRIENDS on my fingertips! Inspiration often comes from the most unlikely places.
Products Used: Ceramic Glaze Pineapple Breeze, Rimmel Tangerine Tent and Sweet Retreat, Essie White Page, ArtDeco Dark Couture Queen, Sephora Formula X On the Rocks, Mary Kay Gallery Gray
Cool-toned, Two-toned
This was something that came out of nothing. I was sent 4 polishes from CND that I thought would not go together - Lavender Lace (shimmering lavender) , Date Night (bold blue), Desert Poppy (shimmering orange) and Honey Darlin' (pastel yellow). I chose the two cooler colours and it all worked out in the end because I'm pretty satisfied with how this simple two-toned nail art turned out.
Products Used: CND Lavender Lace, CND Date Night, CND Weekly Top Coat
Not for Easter
Is it even possible to pair yellow an orange without looking like it's Easter holidays? I was laying around with some Essence Nail Art Guides (the zig zag patterned ones) and this is what happens....
Products Used: CND Honey Darlin', CND Desert Poppy, CND Weekly Top Coat
