Split ends and frizz galore. Winter leaves my hair feeling particularly dry and damaged compared to the rest of the year. Thankfully, there's haircare to fix all of that. Lately, I've been using the HASK Macadamia Oil Shampoo ($5.99), Conditioner ($5.99), Revitalizing Shine Oil ($2.99) and Hydrating Deep Conditioning Packet ($2.99).
Let me tell ya. If you suffer from dry hair, this stuff does the trick. Winters are typically a frizzy, dandruffy mess for me but the HASK has kept it manageable and helped my hair to retain its natural yet non-oily shine. Granted, this winter has been particularly mild thus far. Nonetheless my hair is unusually healthy for the winter time.
The HASK Macadamia Oil Shampoo is quite heavy in texture and produces a rich, thick lather. The HASK Macadamia Oil Conditioner is a not quite as heavy and oddly enough the shampoo does a much better job at detangling my hair than the conditioner. The HASK Macadamia Oil Deep Conditioner was bounds more effective than the regular one. The thicker texture and more slippery consistency made for smoother and more hydrated hair. As for the shine oil, I like it but it's not mind-blowingly different from other shine oils.
All of the HASK Macadamia Oil Shampoo, Conditioner, Shine Oil and Deep Conditioner have a luxurious vanilla gourmand scent, a nice detour from your typical clean but fake smelling drugstore shampoos.
Did I mention that HASK haircare is free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, artificial colours, alcohol and gluten? Bonus points for all that jazz. Oh AND a shampoo/conditioner + a shine oil or deep conditioning packet is less than $15.

In addition, I also received the HASK Argan Oil Intense Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment and Monoi Coconut Oil Nourishing Deep Conditioner, as well as the Coconut Monoi Nourishing Shine Oil and Argan Oil Healing Shine Hair Treatment. In all honesty, I couldn't tell the difference between any of the oils other than the scent. The Argan Oil smells like citrus and the Monoi Oil smells like Coconut - yummmy. I like the scent of the Argan Oil Treatment the most!
